1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

The delivered product is not as described or is incorrect

The product is defective or damaged on delivery

Delivery deadlines have not been respected
2. Timeframe and Conditions

Requests for a refund or return must be made within 4 business days of receiving the product

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition

Once we receive and verify the return, refunds are processed within 15 days to the original payment method
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is faulty, incorrect, or late due to our fault, we cover return shipping costs

If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), return shipping may be at the customer’s expense
4. Exceptions
Refunds and returns are not possible if:

The item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging

Clearance items and certain hygiene-related products (opened cosmetics, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded

After approval, ship the product to the provided return address

Refunds are issued via the original payment method after product inspection
