1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered product is not as described or is incorrect

  • The product is defective or damaged on delivery

  • Delivery deadlines have not been respected

2. Timeframe and Conditions

  • Requests for a refund or return must be made within 4 business days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition

  • Once we receive and verify the return, refunds are processed within 15 days to the original payment method

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, incorrect, or late due to our fault, we cover return shipping costs

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), return shipping may be at the customer’s expense 

4. Exceptions
Refunds and returns are not possible if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging

  • Clearance items and certain hygiene-related products (opened cosmetics, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support with your order number and the reason for return

  • After approval, ship the product to the provided return address

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method after product inspection
