We deliver throughout France, including mainland and Corsica. Delivery to certain overseas territories may be available; international shipping options can be offered at checkout as needed.

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the destination, total order weight, and selected delivery option. Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders above a minimum threshold, as indicated on the site.

A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped, enabling real-time parcel tracking on the courier’s platform.

6. Delivery Partners
We collaborate with trusted partners such as La Poste, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, and other reputable couriers to ensure safe and fast delivery.

7. Missed Delivery and Returns
If delivery is missed, the courier will leave a notice. Packages can be redelivered or collected at the nearest pick-up point within a set period, after which they will be returned to us. In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted zones. Overseas/international deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.
